Throughout these Terms, “HŪMN® LLC,” “[‘LITTLE] HŪMN™,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to HŪMN® LLC and its [‘LITTLE] HŪMN™ brand. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or person using our Services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Many [‘LITTLE] HŪMN™ products are made, printed, personalized or produced only after an order is placed. Products may be created and fulfilled by different specialty production partners and shipped from different locations.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements and other details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, production method, materials and normal manufacturing variations.
We do not guarantee that every product image, color or detail will appear exactly the same on every device or finished item.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any product or service;
- Limit the quantities available to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction;
- Refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized or intended for unauthorized resale; and
- Correct product descriptions, pricing or availability information at any time.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Made-to-order apparel and other designated products move into production specifically for the customer after an order is submitted.
These items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, modified or canceled except where required by law or where a verified manufacturing defect, printing error or fulfillment mistake has occurred.
Please review all sizes, colors, names, text, shipping information and customization selections carefully before completing your purchase.
4. PRICING + ORDER INFORMATION
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties and other applicable fees may be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing mistakes, discounts or omissions—even after an order has been submitted.
If an order is affected by a material pricing or listing error, we may contact you for instructions, cancel the affected item or cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing or production.
5. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- The information provided is accurate and complete;
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed or identified as potentially fraudulent, we may suspend fulfillment, cancel the order or request additional verification.
6. SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Processing, production and delivery times vary by product, production partner, destination and carrier. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
Return eligibility varies by product category. Made-to-order apparel is final sale, except in cases involving verified manufacturing defects, printing errors or incorrect fulfillment.
Customers must follow the claim deadlines, product-condition requirements and authorization process described in our Return + Refund Policy.
Our Return + Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
8. ACCOUNTS
You may be able to create an account to manage orders or access certain website features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information;
- Keep your login credentials confidential;
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account; and
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial or other content to us, you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights to that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
You grant HŪMN® LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit and share that submitted content in connection with operating, promoting and improving [‘LITTLE] HŪMN™ and our Services.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, obscene or otherwise inappropriate.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our store, processing payments, producing products and fulfilling orders.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or available, or that every defect will be corrected immediately.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

HŪMN® LLC is not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, pandemic, labor disruption, carrier interruption, supply shortage, government action, war, civil disturbance, power failure or internet outage epidemic, pandemic,.
18. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the website, committed fraud or created risk or potential legal exposure for us or another person.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return + Refund Policy and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and HŪMN® LLC concerning your use of the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.
