['SHOES]

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all shoe purchases with free returns.

Return Window: Shoes must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Shoes must be in pristine, unworn condition and include the original shoe box.

HOW TO RETURN:

A delivery company will collect your package at no cost to you.

['APPAREL]

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for full-priced items only and must meet the following conditions:

Items must be in original, saleable condition (unharmed, unworn, unaltered, odor-free).

Tags and original packaging must be intact.

For returns of shoes, the original shoe box must be included.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items, nor do we process returns for items purchased from retail partners.

Return Window: Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO RETURN:

Follow the instructions provided, including printing a return label if approved.

Use a trackable shipping method to send your return to the address provided during your return request.

International Returns: Returns from outside the U.S. must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Contact hello@littlehumn.com for specific return instructions.

['BAGS]

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for faulty products only and must meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty items include manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching or material flaws).

HOW TO RETURN:

Contact us at hello@littlehumn.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Include photos of the faulty product to expedite the return process.

If approved, you will receive instructions to send the item back for inspection.

Please note:

Non-Faulty Items: We cannot accept returns for non-faulty items due to personalization or customization.

Refunds: Shipping costs for returns may be refunded at our discretion if the fault is verified.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY NOTES

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • Shoes: Exchanges are available for shoes as part of the return process. If the desired replacement is in stock, we will process the exchange free of charge.
  • Incorrectly Produced Products: Exchanges are available for products that were incorrectly produced or have verified manufacturing defects. Please contact hello@littlehumn.com with photos and a description of the issue to initiate the exchange process.
  • International Orders: We currently do not offer automatic exchanges for international orders. Customers must return the item and place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this period, production begins, and cancellations will incur a 20% fee.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Customized Products: Please double-check text, sizing, and design details before placing your order. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Damaged/Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us with photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging.

We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Undelivered Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. For lost packages, contact us for further assistance.
