Shoes are handcrafted by artisans in Italy and delivered within 6–12 business days. Shipping is handled by UPS, DHL, or FedEx and typically takes an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your city and country.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to:
- Design or production issues.
- Products being out of stock.
- Shipping disruptions like failed delivery attempts or service interruptions.

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY TIME:
Most apparel orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING DETAILS:
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, especially during holidays or peak seasons.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email to monitor your order.
- Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted once placed.

Most bags are made and delivered within 3–5 business days thanks to our efficient production process.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: Available for all full-price mainline orders shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive in 4–7 business days after leaving our distribution center.
- For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, orders are upgraded to air delivery at checkout.
- Shipping costs for limited products are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY TIME:
Jewelry orders are shipped within 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Our carriers aim to deliver your jewelry order within 14 days at most.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

DAMAGED OR OPENED PACKAGES: If your package arrives damaged or opened, take photos of the condition before inspecting the contents. Submit a claim with the courier and contact us at hello@littlehumn.com for further assistance.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER:
- If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details, it will be returned to us at your expense.
- Unclaimed packages will be held at a courier center for 30 days before being deemed abandoned, forfeiting your right to a refund or exchange.
CUSTOM TAXES & REMOTE AREAS
- For international orders, delivery may attract non-reclaimable customs taxes and administration fees. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
- Remote area surcharges may apply and are determined by the carrier.
WEATHER OR STRIKE DELAYS
Adverse weather or transport strikes may affect delivery times. In such cases, we’ll upgrade your order to express shipping when possible and notify you of any delays.
